In August 2026, Nola Tech delivered a limousine website design project for Doruob, a Saudi brand offering pickups and transfers from Jeddah Airport to Makkah, Madinah and Taif. Doruob started out with a single landing page; Nola Tech turned it into a full WordPress site built with Elementor, where booking becomes a ready-made WhatsApp message the customer sends with one tap.
About the Client: Doruob Limousine, Jeddah Airport
Doruob is a Saudi luxury transport brand serving Umrah pilgrims, visitors and business travelers. It provides pickup and drop-off from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah to Makkah, Madinah and Taif, with a fleet of four black 2026-model vehicle categories: Mazda 6, Ford Taurus, Hyundai Staria and GMC Yukon. The company manages its bookings through WhatsApp.
Many customers of this kind of service are dealing with the company for the first time, so a pilgrim or visitor needs a website that explains the service clearly and builds trust before handing over their trip.
The Challenge: One Landing Page Isn’t Enough for a Trust-Driven Purchase
Doruob began with a single landing page, while customers like these need more: a fleet page, a services page, a booking page, a blog, and a privacy policy. Nola Tech also had to work within two key constraints:
- Simple booking: no complex back end, because the client handles requests over WhatsApp.
- A stable design: during installation, the global styles weren’t reaching the live site because of how they were loaded, so the solution couldn’t depend on them.
How Nola Tech Built the Limousine Website
1. A full site structure with Arabic URLs
Nola Tech mapped out a complete sitemap with Arabic URLs: Home, Our Services, Our Fleet, Book Your Trip, About Us, Blog, Contact Us and Privacy Policy. Each part of the service gets its own page, and visitors can go straight to what they need.
2. Twelve Elementor templates
The delivery included 12 Elementor templates: the pages, a professional header with a mobile side menu, a footer, a dynamic blog archive and single post template that display real WordPress content, and a 404 page with quick links that sends visitors back to the main sections instead of letting them leave.
3. A booking form that sends to WhatsApp
The homepage hero holds a booking form that collects name, pickup and drop-off locations, number of passengers, date and time, then opens WhatsApp with a neatly organized request; the customer only has to tap send. Visitors choose from eight pickup and drop-off locations, from the King Abdulaziz Airport terminals to the Grand Mosque, the Prophet’s Mosque and the city of Taif, and select the number of passengers from three categories.
4. Fleet cards and a detailed booking form
Each vehicle has a card showing passenger and luggage capacity with its own booking button, plus a detailed booking form that starts with the vehicle type. The site also lists the four most-requested routes (Jeddah–Makkah, Jeddah–Madinah, Makkah–Madinah and Makkah–Taif) and a four-step booking process.
5. Self-contained sections and full mobile responsiveness
To get around the global-styles issue, every section carries its own styling inside the block, so the site’s look isn’t affected by global style settings, and the layout is fully responsive on mobile. It’s a UI/UX design decision that protects the site from unexpected visual changes.
6. A custom SVG logo
Nola Tech designed an SVG logo with the word “Doruob” in Arabic script and a gold path on a navy background, in a compact version for the header and a full version for the footer.
Tech Stack
- WordPress with the Hello Elementor theme and the Elementor page builder.
- Header, footer, dynamic blog and 404 templates.
- Booking form that turns entries into a WhatsApp message, with no back-end system.
- SVG logo and a fully mobile-responsive layout.
Results: From Landing Page to Complete Booking Website
The site is live on doruob.com with a clear message at the top: 24/7 pickup and drop-off to and from Jeddah International Airport, with the booking form visible right beside it. Every button ends in a call or a WhatsApp message, and the client can publish articles directly from the WordPress dashboard in the site’s design. Figures from the Nola Tech execution log (August 2026) and the live site, reviewed on October 12, 2026:
- 12 Elementor templates delivered (pages, header, footer, blog and 404) — Nola Tech execution log.
- 4 2026-model vehicle categories, each with a booking button — website.
- 8 pickup and drop-off locations in the booking form — website.
- 4 ready-made routes: Jeddah–Makkah, Jeddah–Madinah, Makkah–Madinah, Makkah–Taif — website.
This case study does not include traffic or booking numbers, as they are not available for publication. You can see the build on the Doruob website.
Lessons for Limousine and Airport Transfer Businesses
- Turn booking into a ready message. If you run requests through WhatsApp, a form that compiles the details into a tidy message is simpler and faster than a complex booking system.
- Show your fleet in detail. Passenger and luggage capacity per vehicle answers the first question families and groups ask.
- Name your locations and routes. Listing airport terminals, the Haram, the Prophet’s Mosque and popular routes reassures visitors that their trip is covered.
- Build trust with the basic pages. An About page, a privacy policy and a clear footer matter to a customer who doesn’t know you yet.
- Protect your design from global settings. Section-level styling reduces the risk of your site’s look changing after updates.
FAQ: Limousine Website Design
How long does it take to design a limousine company website?
It depends on the number of pages, templates and features, such as the booking form, blog and logo. The Doruob build was carried out during August 2026; Nola Tech sets the timeline for each project once the scope is agreed.
Do I need a full online booking system for a limousine website?
Not necessarily. If your company manages requests through WhatsApp, a form that collects the name, pickup and drop-off points, passengers, date and time and then opens a ready WhatsApp message can be enough, as on the Doruob site.
How much does a limousine website cost?
Cost depends on the pages, templates and features you need. See our website design pricing and request a quote. After launch, SEO services can help the site appear for airport and route searches.
