Translation Office Website Development: A New Homepage and a Jeddah Branch Site for Al Salem
Nola Tech delivered two projects for Al Salem Certified Translation: a rebuilt Riyadh homepage and a standalone website for the Jeddah branch.
- Saudi Arabia · Riyadh and Jeddah
- Certified Translation
- WordPress + Elementor Pro
Nola Tech is the agency that delivered two linked projects for Al Salem Certified Translation Office in Saudi Arabia as part of our translation company website design work: converting the Riyadh site’s homepage from an HTML design into a native, editable Elementor Pro template in June 2026, and building a standalone WordPress website for the Jeddah branch. The goal was to keep a content-rich homepage easy to update and give Jeddah customers a page that speaks to them directly.
About the Client: Al Salem Certified Translation in Riyadh and Jeddah
Al Salem is a certified translation office with six branches in Riyadh and a newer branch in Jeddah. Its website includes a large network of pages: document translation services, language pages, specialized fields, embassy translation and a blog. The office works through a simple flow: the customer sends the document via WhatsApp, the price and turnaround are confirmed before work starts, then payment and translation, and finally delivery as a PDF, pickup from a branch or courier delivery.
Nola Tech’s role was that of the technical agency that rebuilt the homepage and built the branch site. The translation services themselves are provided by Al Salem. You can see the result on the Al Salem Certified Translation website.
The Challenge: An HTML Homepage and a New Branch With No Page of Its Own
The Riyadh homepage was built in HTML, so any change to prices or sections required a developer. We faced four challenges:
- A critical hub page: the homepage leads to dozens of internal pages, so any conversion error would break visitors’ paths to language, embassy and field pages.
- Preserving the visual identity: moving to Elementor could not change a design customers already knew.
- A new branch in a different city: adding an address line to the Riyadh site wasn’t enough; Jeddah customers needed their own page with the branch address, hours, prices, pickup and delivery details.
- No duplicate content: detailed service pages had to stay central on the main site.
How Nola Tech Built the Translation Office Websites
1. Converting the homepage to Elementor Pro
We converted the full HTML page into an Elementor Pro import file with 13 sections built from native Elementor widgets, generated by a Python script, and defined CSS variables in the page settings to preserve the visual identity. The page looks the same, but every part is now editable in the builder.
2. The Riyadh homepage: quick contact and complete internal links
- Three contact channels up front: WhatsApp, phone and branch.
- Six document service cards, each opening WhatsApp with a message naming the service.
- Internal links from the homepage to 8 language pages, 15 specialized field pages and 6 embassy pages.
- A pricing table with price and turnaround per document, and a list of the six branches.
- A five-step explanation of the process, plus courier delivery via DHL and SMSA.
3. The standalone Jeddah branch site
- Branch details in Al Rawdah district and working hours.
- 9 services linking to their detailed pages on the main site, keeping specialized content in one place.
- A Jeddah-specific price table with 7 items.
- FAQs, including 7 Jeddah-specific questions on visiting, delivery, prices and turnaround.
Tech Stack
- WordPress with Elementor Pro.
- A 13-section Elementor import file generated with a Python script.
- CSS variables in page settings to lock in colors and identity.
- WhatsApp links with pre-filled messages per service.
Results: Two Websites and 15 Translation Fields Linked From the Homepage
Figures come from a live review of both homepages (October 2026) and the Nola Tech project log (June 2026):
- 2 websites: Riyadh and the Jeddah branch (website, October 2026).
- 13 sections in the converted Elementor homepage (Nola Tech project log).
- 15 translation fields linked from the homepage (website, October 2026).
- 6 embassy translation pages (website, October 2026).
The Riyadh homepage can now be edited in Elementor without touching code, while keeping its full structure and internal links to the language, field and embassy pages that form the depth of the site. The office also gained an independent presence for its Jeddah branch on its own domain, showing customers in the Western Region the branch address, prices and turnaround times, and referring them to the main site’s detailed pages when needed. Both sites reflect how the office actually works, so customers know what happens after they send a document, whether in Riyadh or Jeddah.
Lessons for Translation Offices
- Make your homepage editable: prices and sections change, and a page that needs a developer for each edit falls behind.
- Protect internal links when rebuilding: the homepage is the gateway to your site’s depth, so check every link after conversion.
- Give each branch its own page: customers in a new city want their address, prices and hours, not a line on another city’s site.
- Don’t duplicate specialist content: link the branch site to detailed pages on the main site instead of copying them.
- Explain the process step by step: clarity about what happens next encourages customers to start.

FAQ: Translation Company Website Design
Can an HTML website be converted to Elementor without changing its look?
Yes. Here we converted the homepage into 13 sections of native Elementor widgets and locked in colors and identity with CSS variables in the page settings, so the design stayed the same and became editable.
Does every branch need its own website?
It depends on the branch and its audience. For Al Salem, the Jeddah branch serves a different region with its own prices and hours, so a standalone site linked to the main one was the best fit. Branch pages can also be supported in local search through our SEO services.
How long does a translation office website take?
It varies with scope: converting one page differs from building a full branch site. Nola Tech sets the timeline after reviewing requirements; see our website design pricing.
