Nola Tech is the agency that designed and built the website of Translation Arena, a certified translation office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this translation company website design project, we built a bilingual Arabic and English site on WordPress and Elementor focused on cutting the steps between a visit and a sent document, with service and field pages, cards for the most requested documents, and an order form that opens WhatsApp with a formatted message.

About the Client: Translation Arena in Riyadh

Translation Arena is a certified translation office in Riyadh that mainly serves individuals. It offers a wide range of services, including legal, financial, medical, technical and media translation. Its audience in Riyadh is multinational, so the site needed an English version alongside Arabic.

Nola Tech’s role was that of the technical agency: designing and developing the site and building its ordering paths. The translation services themselves are provided by Translation Arena. You can see the result on the Translation Arena website.

The Challenge: One Document, Three Questions

A certified translation customer in Riyadh usually has a single document to translate quickly: a residence permit, a commercial registration, a medical report or an academic certificate. Before reaching out, they want to know three things: will the translation be accepted, how much will it cost, and when will it be ready. The site had to answer these on the first page. The challenges were:

  • The hurried visitor and the careful one: someone with a simple request shouldn’t get lost in a long service list, while someone needing specialized work must find the details.
  • No office visit: many customers prefer to complete everything remotely, so sending, payment and delivery had to be explained clearly.
  • A multilingual audience: the English version needed to be reachable from any page.
  • One clear channel: every path should lead to a single main contact channel.

How Nola Tech Built the Translation Company Website

1. A menu that separates services from fields

The navigation separates “Translation Services” (11 pages) from “Translation Fields” (5 pages), with a direct link to the English version, so visitors can browse by document type or by specialty.

2. Most requested document cards

Near the top of the homepage, “Most Requested Documents” cards cover five documents, and each card opens WhatsApp with a ready message naming the document.

3. Remote ordering explained in four steps

A “How to Order” section walks through four steps, from photographing the document to receiving the stamped translation.

4. A language grid

A flag-based grid of twenty languages supports the office’s message of translating from and into more than 40 languages.

5. An order form that becomes a WhatsApp message

  • The form collects name, mobile number, document type, language and delivery time.
  • It sends the visitor to WhatsApp with a formatted message containing those details.
  • No order data is stored on the site.

6. Pricing and FAQs

A three-tier pricing table shows the per-page price and delivery time for each tier. The FAQs cover accreditation, turnaround, acceptance guarantee, electronic delivery and payment methods, alongside a Google reviews widget. Contact details, working hours and the Riyadh office address appear in the header and footer of every page.

Tech Stack

  • WordPress with Elementor.
  • Arabic and English versions.
  • Order form and document cards linked to WhatsApp with pre-filled messages.
  • Google reviews widget.

Results: 16 Service and Field Pages, One Ordering Path

Figures come from a live homepage review (October 2026) and the Nola Tech project log:

  • 11 translation service pages (website, October 2026).
  • 5 translation field pages (website, October 2026).
  • 3 published pricing packages (website, October 2026).
  • 2 site languages: Arabic and English (website, October 2026).

The office now has a bilingual site covering 16 service and field pages from the main menu, leading visitors from any point to one clear channel, WhatsApp, through the quick document cards, the form or the booking buttons in the header and footer. Showing prices and delivery times upfront reduces repetitive questions, so the first conversation starts with the document, language and deadline. Visitors who need specialized work, such as a commercial contract, a financial report or conference interpreting, find it in the “All Types of Translation Under One Roof” section and then on its detailed page.

Lessons for Translation Offices

  • Lead with common documents: most visitors carry a familiar document, so give it a card at the top.
  • Answer price, time and acceptance early: these three questions decide whether people get in touch.
  • Explain remote ordering step by step: customers who know what happens next send documents with confidence.
  • Collect details before the chat: a formatted WhatsApp message saves your team the back-and-forth.
  • Separate services from fields: organizing by document and by specialty serves two kinds of visitors.

FAQ: Translation Company Website Design

How long does a translation company website take?

It depends on the number of service and field pages, the languages, and ordering paths such as forms and WhatsApp links. Nola Tech sets the timeline after reviewing requirements; see our website design pricing.

Can translation orders come in via WhatsApp straight from the site?

Yes. On the Translation Arena site, the form gathers the order details and opens WhatsApp with a formatted message, and each document card opens a ready message, without storing data on the site.

Does a translation office website need an English version?

If your audience is multinational, as in Riyadh, an English version lets non-Arabic speakers reach the same service. That’s why the Translation Arena site was built in two languages with a direct link to English.
