Nola Tech is the agency that handled local search optimization for Krisma Medical Complex’s store on Salla in Riyadh. This medical clinic SEO project focused on the homepage, the service categories and the most-requested services, so that Google could match them to local searches. In the first month, Google impressions rose from 264 to about 1,330, and searches for specific treatments started surfacing the store where they had not before.
About the Client: Krisma Medical Complex, Riyadh
Krisma is a medical complex in Riyadh offering dental, dermatology and cosmetic, and laser services, presented through a store on the Salla platform. The catalog lists 89 services across three main categories: 45 in dermatology and cosmetics, 30 in dentistry and 11 in laser, plus 3 services that had no category when the project started. The complex targets a local Riyadh audience searching for a specific medical or cosmetic treatment.
Nola Tech’s role was purely that of the SEO agency. We do not provide any medical service; our job was to make the complex’s service pages discoverable on Google.
The Challenge: A Medical Store Only Visible to People Who Already Knew Its Name
At the start, the homepage title was just 17 characters, the name of the complex, and most services had no SEO titles or descriptions. Visibility was essentially limited to people searching for the brand. Service searches, such as the names of cosmetic procedures or dental treatments, brought almost no impressions.
Two more factors made it harder. The homepage content is rendered with JavaScript, so crawlers do not see it easily, and people spell the clinic’s name in more than one way. The task was to turn the service catalog itself into pages that could appear in local searches, such as dermatology and dental services in Riyadh, without waiting for a blog or new content.
How Nola Tech Delivered SEO for a Medical Clinic on Salla
1. A trackable first-month plan
We built a first-month plan of 27 technical tasks and 8 articles in an Arabic tracking sheet with automatic progress percentages. A clear decision was made to put Riyadh in the titles, because the clinic serves a local audience.
2. Homepage and categories
- Rewrote the homepage title to a 48-character version naming the complex plus “dental, dermatology and laser in Riyadh”, replacing the 17-character original.
- Wrote a new meta description and added keywords for the homepage.
- Filled in SEO fields and custom URLs for the three categories: laser, dermatology and cosmetics, and dentistry.
3. Optimizing the top 15 services
Rather than spreading effort thinly over 89 services, we started with the services that matter most to the client:
- Cleaned up service names and assigned each one to the correct category.
- Wrote an SEO title, meta description and custom URL for each service.
- Replaced short blurbs with full service descriptions.
- Added ALT text to the service images.
4. Indexing and Google tools
- Refreshed the sitemap from Salla and confirmed it in Search Console with a Success status and 106 discovered pages.
- Reviewed robots.txt to make sure no important page was blocked.
- Reviewed indexing page by page; the two 404s turned out to be the old URLs of the dental and dermatology categories before their custom URLs, so no action was needed.
5. Documents suited to a medical business
We wrote terms of use and a privacy policy tailored to a medical facility instead of a generic template, prepared MedicalBusiness structured data ready to install, and delivered an Arabic performance report at the end of month one.

Results: Google Impressions Up 5x in Month One
The figures below come from Google Search Console for the last 28 days to July 24, 2026, compared with the baseline at project start:
- 5x Google impressions: from 264 to about 1,330.
- 24 clicks in 28 days, compared with 5 at baseline.
- 23 of 24 clicks came from inside Saudi Arabia, a sign the local targeting works.
- 15 services fully re-optimized for SEO, per the Nola Tech execution log.
More importantly, service keywords began to appear where there had been none, including “microneedling” at an average position of 6.1, “Restylane filler price” at 3.7 and “HydraFacial” at 7.8 (Arabic queries, Search Console, July 2026). Service pages also started appearing as products in search results, and the homepage scored 100/100 for SEO in PageSpeed on both mobile and desktop. Unfinished items, such as medical articles after review and structured data, moved into the month-two plan.
Lessons for Medical Clinics and Complexes
- Put the city and specialty in your title. A title that only carries your name serves only people who already know you.
- Start with the most-requested services. Fully optimizing 15 services is worth more than shallow edits across the whole catalog.
- Write a real description for every service. Patients search for the procedure name, and Google needs text that explains it.
- Use one spelling of your name. Several spellings split your visibility; pick the official one and stick to it.
- Have medical content reviewed before publishing. Health articles need specialist review to stay accurate and trustworthy.
FAQ: Medical Clinic SEO
Can SEO work for a medical store built on Salla?
Yes. Salla provides title, description and custom URL fields for products and categories, plus a sitemap that can be submitted to Search Console. In this project we worked inside the Salla dashboard on the homepage, categories and top 15 services; some theme-related performance issues need separate development work.
How long does clinic SEO take to show results?
It depends on the store’s condition and the competition in your specialty and city. Here, first-month figures were measured against the starting baseline and new service keywords appeared during that month, but SEO keeps building month after month. Our SEO services run on that monthly cycle.
What does Nola Tech’s medical clinic SEO include?
Usually a monthly plan with technical tasks, service page optimization, content, Search Console monitoring and a monthly report, scoped to the size of the store. See SEO pricing for plans, and for another healthcare project read the Al-Alawi Medical Complex website redesign case study.
