Nola Tech is the agency behind the monthly SEO program for Dar Saudia Recruitment, a recruitment agency in Al-Ahsa, Saudi Arabia, whose website runs on WordPress and Elementor. This recruitment agency SEO project combined three things: ending keyword cannibalization between the site’s own pages, organizing content around what employers actually search for, and executing a measurable monthly plan. Google Search clicks grew from 451 to 1,562 between two consecutive quarters.

About the Client: Dar Saudia Recruitment

Dar Saudia is a Saudi agency that recruits domestic and skilled workers for customers inside the Kingdom. Its website does several jobs at once: it showcases worker CVs, sends customers to the agency’s page on the Musaned platform, where it holds Gold-tier status, and refers them to a separate Salla store to complete their order. The worker-orders system runs independently on the site.

Nola Tech’s role is that of the executing agency. We do not provide recruitment services; we run the SEO for the client’s website, including the monthly plan, execution and reporting.

The Challenge: Plenty of Content Competing With Itself, and a Slow Mobile Experience

Recruitment customers search with very specific questions: Which nationality should I recruit from? How does a worker release and sponsorship transfer work? What are the steps on Musaned? The site already covered these topics, but several pages targeted the same keyword, so rankings were split across multiple URLs instead of building one strong page.

The technical data added another layer. About 85% of traffic came from mobile and more than 90% from inside Saudi Arabia, yet the mobile PageSpeed score was 66 against 97 on desktop. In other words, the most important visitors were getting the slowest experience. The site needed a plan that fixed content structure and mobile experience together, delivered on a steady, measurable monthly rhythm.

How Nola Tech Delivered Recruitment Agency SEO

1. Ending cannibalization with careful 301 redirects

We started with a full audit of duplicate keyword targeting, then consolidated competing pages through 15 permanent (301) redirects in Rank Math. We used exact-match rules rather than “contains” rules, after a “contains” rule caused a redirect loop on one of the Philippines pages. That loop was fixed, and exact matching became a fixed rule for the project.

2. Content clusters built on search intent

Content was organized into clusters that mirror real customer questions:

  • Worker release and sponsorship transfer.
  • Nationalities: Ethiopia, Uganda, India, the Philippines, Kenya and Indonesia.
  • Musaned platform guides and steps.
  • Recruitment offices by city.

Nationality pages were also reviewed after publishing to catch template copy errors, such as a page mentioning the wrong country.

3. A monthly plan with three tracks

Each monthly plan is split into content, technical tasks and links, tracked in a sheet that calculates completion automatically:

  • In month four alone, 10 articles, 10 technical tasks and 3 backlinks were delivered at a 100% completion rate.
  • In July 2026, an execution round covered a plan of 12 articles and 7 technical tasks, plus a 10-page Arabic report for the client.
  • Titles and descriptions were improved on 10+ high-impression pages, 7 malformed category slugs were corrected and 6 over-length titles were shortened.
  • In the August 2026 cycle, an orphan-page audit found 23 pages with no internal links, and 3 pairs of duplicate categories were merged.

4. Diagnosing mobile speed by measurement

Instead of changing settings at random, we measured where the delay came from. The cause was a 3.7-second server response time (TTFB), not the site’s configuration, so we documented a recommendation to put the site behind the Cloudflare CDN in a dedicated session, given the risk of DNS changes on a live site. The robots.txt file was also audited and found to be correctly configured.

5. Reports that set next month’s priorities

Every month, a performance report built on Google Search Console data sets the priorities for the following month, including lifting click-through rate toward 3%. That loop of execution, measurement and adjustment is the core of Nola Tech’s SEO services.

Tech Stack

  • WordPress and Elementor for the client site, with a separate Salla store for sales.
  • Rank Math for redirects and SEO fields.
  • Google Search Console for performance and indexing.
  • Screaming Frog for crawling and audits.
  • PageSpeed Insights for speed measurement.

Results: Clicks Up 246% in Three Months

The figures below come from Google Search Console for April to June 2026, compared with the previous three months (January to March 2026):

  • 1,562 clicks from Google Search, up from 451 the quarter before.
  • +246% click growth.
  • 69,714 impressions in search results, up 197%.
  • 9.8 average position, meaning the site appears on page one on average, with a 2.2% click-through rate.
  • 15 permanent 301 redirects to end page cannibalization, per the Nola Tech execution log.

Because most traffic comes from mobile users inside the Kingdom, this growth reaches the people who are actually looking to recruit. Work continues on the same monthly cadence: the September 2026 plan includes 26 tasks across internal linking, new pages, CTR improvement, new content and a technical review.

Lessons for Recruitment Agencies

  • One page per search intent. If you have several articles about recruiting from the Philippines, merge them into one stronger page and redirect the rest.
  • Use exact-match redirects. A broad redirect rule can trap visitors in a loop.
  • Start with mobile. When most visitors are on phones, mobile speed is a priority, not a nice-to-have.
  • Write about nationalities and procedures. Recruitment customers want practical details, and content that answers them attracts visitors who are ready to apply.
  • Check templates before publishing. When many similar pages come from one template, make sure each page carries its own correct details.

FAQ: Recruitment Agency SEO

How long does recruitment agency SEO take to show results?

It depends on the site’s starting point, its competitors and how much content already exists. In this project, results were measured quarter against quarter (April to June 2026 against the previous three months), because SEO builds over time. We recommend an ongoing monthly plan with a report that shows what changed.

Does a recruitment agency need ongoing content?

Usually yes, because customer questions change with procedures and available nationalities. Volume is not the goal, though; the content needs to be organized in clusters with no pages competing against each other. Our content writing service builds those clusters deliberately.

How much does a monthly SEO plan for a recruitment agency cost?

Cost depends on the number of articles and technical tasks each month and the size of the site. See our SEO pricing for the available plans. For another first-month plan executed for a Saudi business, read the Midrar Al Thiqa maintenance SEO case study.
