Nola Tech delivered the healthcare website design for Doctor Home, a home medical services center in Egypt, on WordPress and Elementor. We built an Arabic site that gives each of the center’s twelve services its own page and shortens the path for patients and their families to book through WhatsApp or a direct call, alongside a medical blog of information and tips.

About the Client: Doctor Home

Doctor Home is an Egyptian center providing medical care at home, from doctor visits and nursing to lab tests, radiology and home intensive care, and it advertises a network of more than 100 doctors on its site. It serves different groups: elderly patients, children and newborns, and people who need follow-up care after leaving hospital.

Because choosing home medical care is a decision built on trust, the website is the first thing a patient’s family sees before letting a medical team into their home. The site is also featured in Nola Tech’s official portfolio.

The Challenge: Families Under Pressure Who Need Answers and Booking Fast

People looking for home medical care are usually in a stressful situation, so Nola Tech focused on three main challenges:

  • Speed above all: visitors want to know quickly whether a service is available, what it involves and how to book now, without clicking through many pages.
  • Many different services: from home check-ups and physiotherapy to cupping and speech therapy sessions, each service has an audience that searches for it by name on Google, so each needed its own place on the site.
  • A reassuring image: a center whose team enters people’s homes needs to explain its services in plain language, with customer reviews and contact channels available at all times.

How Nola Tech Delivered the Healthcare Website Design

1. A clear site structure

We built an Arabic site on WordPress and Elementor with a five-item main menu: Home, Services, Information and Tips, Contact Us, and About Us.

2. A homepage that leads to booking

The homepage carries the center’s slogan, “Your health matters to us, your comfort is our goal,” with two prominent buttons: “Book an appointment” via WhatsApp and “Emergencies” for a direct call. The emergency button is kept separate from regular booking because the two situations differ: one can wait for a chat, the other needs an immediate call. The homepage also offers quick links to appointments, specialties, information and tips, about us and contact, so visitors reach what they need from more than one entry point.

3. A dedicated page for every service

We designed a grid of 12 service cards, each linking to a detailed page:

  • Home intensive care.
  • Doctor visits.
  • Nursing.
  • Physiotherapy.
  • Speech therapy.
  • Paediatric and newborn nursing.
  • Elderly care.
  • Lab tests.
  • Radiology.
  • Ambulance and emergencies.
  • Cupping (hijama).
  • Massage and recovery.

The grid puts every service in one place so visitors can pick what they need at a glance, then move to a page that explains it in detail. Each page can also be expanded later with its own content without affecting the rest of the site.

4. Trust elements

We added a section on the center’s advantages, a customer reviews section, and dedicated sections for nursing, lab test and physiotherapy reviews, giving reassurance to anyone considering a medical team at home.

5. Medical blog and always-on contact

  • An “Information and Tips” blog whose latest articles appear on the homepage, covering home check-ups, lab tests and physiotherapy.
  • A call button and a floating WhatsApp chat widget on every page.
  • WP Rocket for caching and Google Site Kit.

The project combines Nola Tech’s website design and development with a medical blog set up through our content writing service.

Tech Stack

  • WordPress: content management.
  • Elementor: page design.
  • WP Rocket: caching and speed.
  • Google Site Kit: Google tools connected to the site.
  • WhatsApp: booking button and floating chat widget.

Results: Every Service on Its Own Page, Booking in One Tap

Figures from the live site, doctor-home.org, reviewed on October 11, 2026:

  • 12 home medical services with standalone pages.
  • +100 doctors, as advertised by the center on the site.
  • 5 sections in the main menu.
  • 4 recent articles shown on the homepage.

Each of the twelve services now has its own page reachable directly from the homepage, which helps patients get to the exact service they need and gives each service a page that can be optimised for searches by name. Booking takes one tap: “Book an appointment” opens WhatsApp, “Emergencies” calls the number directly, and a fixed chat widget appears on every page. You can visit the Doctor Home website to see it live.

Lessons for Home Healthcare Providers

  • Separate routine booking from emergencies: a dedicated emergency button that calls directly saves time in critical moments.
  • Give every service a page: someone looking for home physiotherapy is not looking for lab tests, and a page per service answers each visitor’s question.
  • Put WhatsApp on every page: a floating chat widget means visitors never need to go back to the homepage to get in touch.
  • Write in plain language: families need clear explanations, not complex medical terms.
  • Use the blog to educate: articles on home check-ups and lab tests answer real questions and bring people closer to your services.
  • Show customer reviews: other families’ experiences with home nursing or lab tests reassure first-time decision makers.

FAQ: Healthcare Website Design

Can a healthcare website have a page for every service?

Yes. That is what we built for Doctor Home: 12 services, each with a detailed page reached from a grid of cards on the homepage. The same approach works for any number of services.

How do patients book through a healthcare website?

On this site, “Book an appointment” opens a WhatsApp chat, “Emergencies” calls the number immediately, and a floating chat widget appears on every page.

How much does a healthcare website cost?

It depends on the number of services and pages and on features such as a blog and contact tools. See our website design pricing as a starting point; you can start with core services and add pages as the center grows.
