Nola Tech is the agency behind this Umrah website design project for Zad Al Mutamer, a Riyadh company in Saudi Arabia that organizes Umrah trips to Makkah and Madinah with bus transport and hotel bookings. We built the site on WordPress and Elementor with WooCommerce, bringing packages, hotels, bus options and the booking form into one place that ends in a WhatsApp request.

About the Client: Zad Al Mutamer, Umrah Services From Riyadh

Zad Al Mutamer runs Umrah trips to Makkah and Madinah departing from Riyadh. Its services include individual and family packages, bus seat or full bus booking, and hotel reservations, plus special offers for organizations that run group trips, such as associations, schools and companies.

Nola Tech acted as the technical agency that designed the site and set up the package, hotel and booking displays. The trips, transport and reservations themselves are handled by Zad Al Mutamer. You can see the result on the Zad Al Mutamer website.

The Challenge: Pilgrims’ Questions Lost in Long WhatsApp Chats

A pilgrim planning a trip from Riyadh needs answers before calling: how much is a package for one person or a family? Which hotels are available in Makkah? Can I book just a bus seat without accommodation? These details often got lost in long, repetitive WhatsApp chats. The challenges were:

  • Scattered information: prices, hotels and transport options weren’t in one place customers could refer to.
  • Every conversation started from zero: each request needed repeated questions before the team could quote.
  • Seasonal pressure: during peak seasons many inquiries arrive in a short time, so the team needs complete requests.
  • Clear policies: customers need to find the refund and cancellation policy themselves before booking.

How Nola Tech Built the Umrah Website

1. An Arabic site with WooCommerce for hotels and buses

We built an Arabic site on WordPress and Elementor and used WooCommerce to display hotels and the bus seat product with prices. Prices can be updated, or a new hotel added, from the dashboard without touching the design.

2. A packages section

  • Individual and family packages for 3 to 5 day trips, with published price ranges.
  • VIP offers for associations, schools and companies, leading these groups to contact the company directly to arrange a full trip with a private bus.

3. Hotels and buses

The “Hotels We Provide” section lists hotels in Makkah with a price range for each. We added a “Bus Seat for Umrah Without Accommodation” product, a showcase of the modern air-conditioned bus fleet and capacities, and options to book a full bus or a single seat, one-way or round trip.

4. A booking form that arrives on WhatsApp, ready to quote

  • The form collects name, mobile, number of people, days, destination, package type, travel date and accommodation type.
  • Destinations: Makkah, Madinah, or Makkah and Madinah.
  • The request is sent straight to WhatsApp in a message containing all these details.

5. Booking buttons and supporting pages

“Book Now” buttons in every section link to WhatsApp. The main menu includes the blog, photo gallery, About Us and Contact pages, and the footer holds the privacy policy and the refund and cancellation policy.

Tech Stack

  • WordPress with Elementor.
  • WooCommerce for hotels and the bus seat product with prices.
  • A booking form and buttons linked to WhatsApp.
  • Blog, gallery and policy pages.

Results: Packages, Hotels and Transport With Clear Prices in One Site

Figures come from a review of the live site zadalmutamir.com on October 11, 2026:

  • 3 packages: individual, family and VIP offers (website, October 2026).
  • 4 bus booking options: full bus or seat, one-way or round trip (website, October 2026).
  • SAR 100 listed price of a bus seat without accommodation (website, October 2026).
  • 3 destinations in the form: Makkah, Madinah, Makkah and Madinah (website, October 2026).

Customers can now see, before getting in touch, the price range of individual or family packages, hotel prices in Makkah and the price of a single bus seat, which removes the first round of questions in every booking. The booking form sends the team a WhatsApp message with the number of people, days, destination, package, accommodation and travel date, so staff start the conversation with everything needed to quote. The blog and photo gallery give the company space to publish guidance for pilgrims and photos from real trips, building trust with first-time customers.

Lessons for Umrah and Travel Companies

  • Publish the prices you can: a clear price range for a package or hotel answers the pilgrim’s first question.
  • Collect booking details in one form: people, dates, destination and accommodation in a single message save your team time in peak season.
  • Offer flexible options: a bus seat without accommodation or a full bus for a group serve different customers.
  • Give organizations their own entry point: associations, schools and companies need a different offer than individual pilgrims.
  • Make policies visible: a clear refund and cancellation policy reassures new customers.

FAQ: Umrah Website Design

How long does it take to design an Umrah company website?

It depends on the number of packages, hotels and transport options, and on whether prices are managed through WooCommerce or a booking form. Nola Tech sets the timeline after reviewing requirements; see our website design pricing.

Can package and hotel prices be updated without a developer?

Yes. On the Zad Al Mutamer site, hotels and the bus seat are WooCommerce products, so prices can be changed or hotels added from the dashboard without editing the design.

Can Umrah bookings come in through WhatsApp from the website?

Yes. The booking form here sends the request straight to WhatsApp with all trip details, and “Book Now” buttons in every section open the same chat. To bring in more bookings from search, see our SEO services.
